Pahrump Valley Vineyards, "The Winery in the Desert," is located
approximately 61 miles Southwest of Las Vegas, and offers free tours most
days at 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, and 3:30 pm. Your tour guide will share the
fascinating history of the winery and how the beautifully wild terrain of
Pahrump Valley was developed into a lush, thriving vineyard ... a very
different kind of wine country.
At the wine tasting bar, visitors from all over the country and many foreign
lands sample their award winning wines. You might also like to visit their gift
shop and gather up one-of-a-kind, mostly wine related items to take home as
souvenirs of your experience at a unique desert winery.
The Pahrump Valley Winery also has a gourmet restaurant on site,
Symphony's, which serves lunch from 11:30 am - 3:00 pm and dinner from
5:00 pm - 8:30 pm.

How to get there:
From Las Vegas, drive south on I-15 and take the Blue Diamond Road off
ramp. Take Nevada 160 west, 61 miles over the Spring Mountains and into
the Pahrump Valley. Go right on Winery Road, the winery is another quarter
of a mile on the left.
From southern California, take I-15 to Baker, turn north on California 127, 58
miles to Shoshone, then California 178 and Nevada 372, 24 miles to
Pahrump. Go right onto Nevada 160 west, then left on Winery Road. The
winery is another quarter of a mile on the left.
