Free Movies on The Green at The District

The District is hosting family-friendly movie nights every Saturday through October on The Green, next to Whole Foods on Village Walk Drive. The movies start around sunset.

Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 6 p.m., so it’s best to arrive early with your chairs and blankets to secure a spot.

Each movie night will also include partnerships with local nonprofits such as A Home 4 Spot Animal Rescue, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, Homeward Bound Cats, and Heaven Can Wait Animal Society. Representatives from these organizations will be present to provide information about their missions.

The fall lineup includes:

Sept. 28: “Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom” with Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth
Oct. 5: “Halloweentown” with Homeward Bound Cats
Oct. 12: “Hocus Pocus” with Heaven Can Wait Animal Society
Oct. 19: Viewer’s Choice: “Nightmare Before Christmas” or “Corpse Bride” with Homeward Bound Cats
Oct. 26: Viewer’s Choice: “Hotel Transylvania” or “Harry Potter” with Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth
