Business Eligibility Requirements
1. Your business was formed on or before December 1, 2019.
2. Your business is within the Las Vegas city limits (to double check your address, visit here).

4. Your business is a small, independently owned business with fewer than 500 employees, is not a franchise or part of a corporate chain, and is not a home-based business.
