Isn’t it somewhat ironic about America? These guys, while technically American citizens, were not actually born here. They are sons of military personnel who were born overseas. Funny, right? After reconnecting and settling back in the States, they released the mega-successful song “A Horse with No Name.” You might have heard of it. That incredibly popular track was followed by singles like “I Need You” and “Tin Man,” and they’ve been touring the globe ever since. They’ve sold millions of records, and for our lives, we can’t figure out why they’re still riding that horse in the desert! Maybe we just needed to experience it ourselves.
The good news is that America is returning to Las Vegas, so perhaps we’ll finally get to learn the details of that legendary horse ride. Why were they in the desert in the first place? Did they use saddles? How did the horses handle the heat? So many questions, so little time.
