The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will also join in on the fiesta throughout the property with authentic dishes and Mexican candy shots.
Available at all bars and priced at $5, this sweet and spicy shot uses authentic Mexican ingredients, including Patron El Cielo Tequila, watermelon, lime, hot sauce, Chamoy, and Tajin.
Alongside the shot, guests can enjoy authentic Mexican dishes like chiles rellenos, made by stuffing Monterey jack cheese inside roasted poblano peppers and served with Spanish rice, refried black beans, corn tortillas, salsa roja, and slopes al pastor, which is made by stacking marinated pork, shredded lettuce, tomato, queso fresco, crema, Spanish rice, refried black beans, house salsa roja on flattened fried corn masa. Both dishes will be available at View Lounge and PT’s Wings & Sports.
