Free Las Vegas Airport Parking

Cell Phone Lot Short-Term Waiting Area

The Las Vegas Airport Cell Phone Lot is a free waiting area near Passenger Pick-up Curbs at Terminals 1 and 3. It is open from 6 am to 1 am daily. Park for free while waiting for passengers.

  • No unattended vehicles are allowed.
  • No commercial vehicles or TNC vehicles are permitted.
  • Parking or waiting is not allowed on airport roadways or shoulders.
  • There are no restrooms.

Driving Directions to the Las Vegas Airport Cell Phone Lot

Here are the directions to reach Terminal 1:

  • Take Russell Road west
  • Turn left onto Paradise Road
  • Follow the signs to Terminal 1
  • Merge right and follow the signs marked “Terminal 1, Departing Flights, Cell Phone Lot”
  • Reach the Cell Phone Lot entrance.
  • Drive south on Paradise Road and get in the 2nd lane from the left.
  • Follow the signs to the T1 Economy Lot and Cell Phone Lot.
  • Keep to the left when the lanes split.
  • At the light at Kitty Hawk Way, turn right.
  • Drive ahead to the four-way stop and then turn right.
  • The entrance to the Cell Phone Lot will be to the immediate left.
  • Exit I-215 and follow signs to the airport.
  • Proceed through the northbound tunnel.
  • Follow overhead signs to Terminal 1 and then signs marked “Departing Flights, Economy Parking, Terminal 3.“
  • Get in the right lane, follow the sign marked “Terminal 1, Cell Phone Lot,“ and proceed to the four-way stop.
  • Carefully merge right, following the sign to the Cell Phone Lot, and proceed to the four-way stop sign.
  • Drive through the four-way stop, and the entrance to the Cell Phone Lot will be on the left.

Free Las Vegas Airport Park and Ride Lot

A free “park-and-ride” lot for air travelers is located at Sunset and Gilespie, near the car rental center. The free lot only has 100 spots, which can’t be reserved, so you should arrive early and have a backup parking plan. The airport bus fare is $5 each way. Park for up to seven days.

Paid Las Vegas Airport Parking

Terminal 1 - Short-term Parking

Before arriving at the airport, make sure you know which terminal your airline uses. Then, follow the overhead signs to our final parking destination. To speak to a representative or for up-to-the-minute parking information, call (702) 261-5122.

Short-term parking is intended for stays of three hours or less and is conveniently located outside Terminal 1 in the covered garage on parking Level 2M.

Height Clearance: 7′ 0″.

Short-Term Airport Parking Rates:

  • 0 – 60 minutes: $3.00
  • 1 hour – 2 hours: $6.00
  • 2 hours – 3 hours: $9.00
  • Additional hours: $4.00
  • Daily maximum: $36.00

Fees can be paid at the tollbooth or an Express Exit pay station. Cash or credit cards are accepted.

To avoid the minimum parking charge, do not use the walk-up pay station. Go to the exit lane and insert your ticket to exit. If you have license plates issued by the State of Nevada with “Disabled Veteran” or “EXPOW” stamped on them, you are entitled to free parking short-term for up to 4 hours. Use a cashiered lane to exit, or if one is not available, use a phone at the exit gate.

Directions to Short-term Term Parking at Terminal 1

  • Drive west on Russell Road.
  • Turn left onto Paradise Road and get in the far right lane.
  • Stay in the right lane, go over the bridge, and continue following signs for all terminals/parking.
  • Remain in the left lane and follow the roadway curve to the left.
  • Proceed up the ramp and take the second left into Short-Term Parking.
  • Drive south on Paradise Road and access the second lane from the right.
  • Follow the signs for Terminal 1, Passenger Pick-Up, and Parking.
  • Continue straight and follow the overhead signs toward Short Term.
  • Proceed up the ramp and take the second left into Short-Term Parking.
  • Exit I-215 following the signs for Harry Reid International Airport.
  • Proceed through the northbound tunnel and access the left lane.
  • Remain in the left lane and follow the signs for Terminal 1, Passenger Pick-up, and Parking.
  • After the road curves around, merge to the right lane.

Terminal 1 - Long Term Parking

Long-term parking is available in the garage next to terminal 1 on Levels 1M-6. The height clearance is 8′ 2″. Each level is named after a famous resort. Use the Parking Reminder Cards near the elevators to remember your spot. The maximum parking time is 30 days. For longer stays, contact Airport Parking at (702) 261-5122.

  • Additional hours: $2.00
  • Daily maximum: $18.00

Pay at the tollbooth or Express Exit pay station using cash or credit cards. Avoid the walk-up pay station to skip the minimum parking charge. Nevada license plates stamped “Disabled Veteran” or “EXPOW” get free parking for up to 4 hours in short-term parking. Use a cashiered lane or a phone at the exit gate when leaving.

  • At the top of the ramp, take a validated ticket and proceed to the Long Term Parking levels.
  • Drive south on Paradise Road and access the second lane from the right.
  • Follow the signs for Terminal 1, Passenger Pick-Up, and Parking.
  • Continue straight and follow the overhead signs toward Long Term Parking.

Terminal 1 - Valet

If you’re in a hurry or enjoy the convenience of simply dropping off your vehicle, Valet parking is the choice for you. Valet parking is located in the garage immediately adjacent to Terminal 1 on Level 2. Height Clearance: 7′

Terminal 1 - Economy Parking

Fees can be paid at the tollbooth or an Express Exit pay station. Cash or credit cards are accepted.

*To avoid the minimum parking charge when driving through, drivers must NOT use the walk-up pay station and should instead go directly to the exit lane and insert their ticket to exit.

Terminal 1 Economy Parking Shuttle

A free courtesy shuttle service operates 24 hours a day between Terminal 1 Economy Parking and Terminal 1, with an approximate frequency of every 10-15 minutes. The shuttle bus stop at Terminal 1 is situated on Level Zero of the parking garage. If you are planning to use Terminal 1 Economy Parking, please allow an additional 30 minutes for your travel plans.

  • Drive west on Russell Road.
  • Turn left onto Paradise Road and get in the far right lane.
  • Stay in the right lane and go under the bridge. Continue to follow the signs for All Terminals/Parking.

  • Stay to the left and follow the signs for Zero Level.
  • Merge all the way to the left lane and enter the lot on the left.
  • Drive south on Paradise Road and access the second lane from the right.
  • Follow the signs for the T1 Parking Garage.
  • As the road ascends, merge to the left, following the overhead signs to Zero Level.
  • Enter the lot on the left.

Terminal 3 - Short Term Parking

You should know which terminal your airline uses before heading to the airport. You can call (702) 261-5122 for up-to-date parking information. Short-term parking is available for up to three hours and is located just outside Terminal 3 in the covered parking garage on Level 1. International travelers and those picking up passengers on an International flight should park on the east side of the garage, while domestic travelers should park on the west side designated by the “diamond” symbol.

Terminal 3 - Long Term Parking

Long-term parking is available in the garage next to Terminal 3 on Levels 2 to 6 for stays of three hours or more. The maximum stay period is 30 days. If you need to park for more than 30 days, call (702) 261-5122.

Remember to use parking reminder cards and park on the east side of the garage for international flights and on the west for domestic carriers. The height clearance is 8′ 2″.

If you are in a rush or prefer the ease of dropping off your vehicle, Valet parking is the way to go. It is conveniently situated in the garage right next to Terminal 3 on Level V. The garage’s height clearance is 9′ 4″.

The Economy parking lot is adjacent to the Terminal 3 parking garage. It is a smart way to park close to the terminal, within walking distance of Ticketing/Check-In, but pay a more economical price.

Economy Parking Shuttle

Shuttle service is available between Economy Parking and Terminal 3 every 10-15 minutes. The bus stop is located at the center of the curb on Level Zero. Note: Add 30 minutes to your travel plans when using Economy Parking.

  • Turn south onto Landing Strip Avenue, located between Eastern Avenue and Spencer Street.
  • Stay on Landing Strip Avenue, following the overhead signs marked “Terminal 3, Parking.”

  • Drive south on Paradise Road and get in the second lane from the left.
  • Follow the overhead signs to Terminal 3.
  • Turn left toward Flight Path Avenue at the split.

  • Get in the center lane and proceed through the northbound tunnel.

Oversized Remote Vehicle Parking

Remote and Oversized parking can be found on Gilespie Road, across from the Airport Rent-A-Car Center. All vehicles that exceed 22 ft. long, 8 ½ ft. wide, or 13 ½ ft. high must use the oversize/remote parking area. Call for the shuttle to Terminal 1 or 3. There is a 30-day parking limit.

  • Drive west on Russell Road.
  • Turn left onto Paradise Road and stay in the left lane, following the signs for I-215 West.
  • Proceed through the tunnel, accessing the right lane.
  • Exit Hidden Wells Road, Gillespie, Rental Returns.
  • Turn left on Gillespie, cross over the freeway, and turn left into the Remote Parking entrance.
  • Drive south on Paradise Road and access the left two lanes.
  • Follow the overhead signs towards I-215 West.
  • Proceed through the tunnel following, accessing the right lane.
  • Exit Hidden Wells Road, Gilespie, Rental Car Return.
  • Turn left on Gillespie, cross over the freeway, and turn left into the Remote Parking entrance.
  • Take I-215 to exit 12-A for Las Vegas Blvd, following signs for Rental Car Return.
  • Continue through Las Vegas Blvd to Gilespie Road.
  • Turn right on Gilespie, merge to the left lane, and access the Remote Parking on the left.
  • Take I-215 to exit 9 for Warm Springs Road, following signs for Rental Car Return.

Airport Motorcycle Parking:

Here are the parking lots where you can park your motorcycle at Harry Reid International Airport.

T1—Free Short-Term Motorcycle Parking:

You can use the access point on the left just before the entry lanes, and follow directions to Level 1M for reserved parking (maximum 3 hours).

T1—Long-Term Motorcycle Parking:

Instead of using the gated entry lane, motorcycles should use the access point located to the right of the Ticket-Issuing Machines on Level 1M. Parking in the designated area is allowed, and when exiting, visitors should go to a cashiered booth to pay parking fees.

T3—Short-Term Motorcycle Parking:

Motorcycles should access the designated parking area on Level 2 of the Long-Term parking section using the access point to the right of the Ticket-Issuing Machines. Parking fees can be paid at a cashier’s booth when leaving.

T3—Long-Term Motorcycle Parking:

Motorcycles should access Level 2 from the right of the ticket-issuing machines to park in the long-term section. It’s important to use cashiered booths to pay parking fees and avoid premature gate arm closure.

Bicycle Parking at the Las Vegas Airport

Bicycle parking is available at both terminals. Terminal 1 bike rack is on Level Zero of the parking garage, next to the elevators. Terminal 3 has two bike racks on Level Zero of the parking garage, one next to the east elevator lobby and the other next to the west elevator lobby.

Terminal 1

Passenger Pickup for Terminal 1 is on Level 1 of the parking garage, across the pedestrian bridge from baggage claim. Unattended vehicles will be towed or cited. Short-term parking is available for 15 minutes with no charge. Insert your ticket at an exit gate to avoid charges.

Terminal 3

The passenger pick-up area is on Level 1 of the Terminal 3 parking garage. Only immediate loading is permitted. Unattended vehicles could be cited or towed. Short-term parking is available nearby; the first 15 minutes are free (do not use a walk-up pay station if you are within 15 minutes).

Airport Parking Express Exit

How to pay for parking quickly:

  1. Take an Express Exit ticket when you enter the parking facility.
  2. Look for a light yellow Express Exit Pay Station to pay for parking.
  3. Insert your ticket, follow the prompts, and pay by cash or card.
  4. Keep your ticket with you to exit the parking lot quickly.
  5. Take your ticket and receipt from the pay station.
  6. Proceed to any Express Exit Lane, insert your ticket, and you’re good to go!
