Discover Desert Breeze Park! Sprawling across 240 acres in Spring Valley, it is one of the largest parks in the Clark County system. While not fully developed, this regional gem offers a harmonious blend of green spaces, recreational facilities, and community events.
Hours: Open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Versatility: With two separate event areas, a 20,000-square-foot skate park, and two hockey rinks, Desert Breeze is a canvas for creativity.
Skate Park Info: The skate park is designed for intermediate to advanced-level skaters, with some beginner aspects. The park is made of concrete and has benches, a shade structure, and drinking fountains. Please note that phone usage is not allowed in this area, and the lights are on a timer. This park has also been used as a site for Extreme Thing and Tony Hawk Tour, and was featured on Fox 5.
Dog Park Info: The dog runs are situated on the south side of the park, accessible from either Durango or Spring Mountain via the park road. The runs feature benches, trees, waste receptacles, and water taps, and three runs are available for your furry friends.
Baseball Fields: Desert Breeze has four baseball fields available for use. For reservations, please call (702) 455-8200.
Soccer fields: For reservations regarding the soccer fields, please contact (702) 455-8200.
Roller Hockey Rinks: Desert Breeze has two regulation-sized roller hockey rinks located west of the skate park.
Picnic Areas:Desert Breeze is a non-reservable park, and picnic areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
