Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, offers both traditional and modern Mexican cuisine prepared by their Executive Chef, Ramon Hurtado. The restaurant aims to provide an unforgettable culinary experience to all customers. The ambiance is festive and fun, with traditional Mexican decor that resembles a hacienda, a cantina, and a bar that serves over 35 tequilas and handmade margaritas. Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant is an established name in Southern California and one of the oldest and best-known landmarks in the Los Angeles area. Owned by the Sampson family since 1945, the property came under the ownership of current owner E. Abbott Lawrence and his family in May 1976. Since then, Lawrence has created a thriving business in the Manhattan Beach location. Following the success of the Manhattan Beach restaurant, Lawrence expanded the family-owned business to Las Vegas. Pancho’s opened in the Downtown Summerlin shopping center in September 2015.
